Amy Litz.
Twenty years inside the injectable industry — first as a sales rep, then as a national CoolSculpting trainer. Now the owner of Contoured.
How it started.
Amy spent the first half of her career on the other side of the table. As a filler sales rep, she watched practices across the country handle (and mishandle) Botox, fillers, and CoolSculpting. As a national CoolSculpting trainer, she taught the technique to medspa staff at all levels of experience — from new injectors to veteran plastic surgeons.
What she saw shaped how Contoured practices today. The great injectors had common traits: continuity with their patients, restraint with dosing, willingness to say no, and a long-term relationship with the face they were treating. The unsuccessful ones rotated through patients, upsold hard, and treated faces transactionally.
What’s different here.
At Contoured, every patient sees the same injector at every visit. There’s no rotating roster of providers. Your face is photographed, tracked, and treated by the same hands for as long as you’ve been a client. That continuity isn’t an extra — it’s how the work gets better year over year.
That standard is the one Amy hires and trains to. Patients who started in 2018 are still with the practice today.
