Crow’s feet appear in the outer corner of the eye when you smile. With time, they etch in at rest. The first-line treatment is Botox — small precise doses to soften the muscle without freezing your smile.
Botox is the standard first treatment for crow’s feet — 8–15 units in the orbicularis oculi muscle on each side. Conservative dosing preserves your natural smile while softening the lines.
For etched lines that remain at rest, we combine Botox with light filler placement (using a blunt cannula for safety around the eye) and/or fractional resurfacing.
For surface texture changes around the eye, Opus Plasma or SkinPen microneedling rebuilds collagen without disrupting the delicate skin.
If you see lines outside your eyes in every smile photo. If the lines stay even when your face is at rest. If makeup creases into them by midday.
Every treatment at Contoured is delivered by a named, credentialed team member — and every dosing plan is reviewed by a board-certified physician.
