What to do about fine lines and wrinkles.

The first lines tend to show up between the brows, around the eyes, and across the forehead — wherever your face moves the most. There’s a tool for each pattern, and the right one depends on whether the lines are dynamic (only when you move) or etched (visible at rest).

How we approach it

Fine Lines & Wrinkles: what works.

Dynamic lines appear when you express. Botox is the first-line treatment — it softens muscle movement so the lines have a chance to fade.

Etched lines stay visible at rest, even when your face is still. They need both muscle relaxation (Botox) and structural support (dermal fillers or microneedling) to fully soften.

Texture-based lines around the eyes and mouth respond well to resurfacing — Opus Plasma, chemical peels, or SkinPen microneedling depending on depth.

When to consider treatment

If lines are visible at rest, if they’re getting deeper year over year, or if photos are starting to surprise you in ways they didn’t before.
