Most patients who come in about lips want hydration and definition, not ‘plumping.’ The right approach uses a softer hyaluronic-acid filler placed conservatively, with multiple visits to build the result.

Juvéderm Volbella is the softest lip filler — designed for hydration, subtle volume, and natural movement.
Restylane Kysse is firmer and adds more shape and projection — good for patients who want a more defined lip line.
We layer slowly. Most patients start with half a syringe, see the result settle for 2 weeks, then add more if desired. We almost never put a full syringe in lips on visit one.
When to consider treatment
If your lips are thinner than they used to be, if your lipstick wears off oddly, or if you want a subtle refresh without ‘getting lips done.’
