The spots surfacing this month are from June. Fall is the only window to clear them safely — and there’s time to finish before spring.
10 free skin consults with our licensed aestheticians this September. That’s the month’s capacity, not a promotion. When they’re booked, they’re booked.
There’s no seasonal magic here. It’s just that the treatments have requirements, and fall is when your calendar can actually meet them.
If you’re nodding at two or more of these, you’re the person this page is for.
All six are sun damage wearing different clothes. All six respond to treatment — they just respond to different treatments, which is the whole reason the consult exists.
Peel, light, or plasma. They go progressively deeper, take progressively longer to recover from, and cost progressively more. The right one is whichever is the least you need — which is what we’re going to tell you at the consult.
PCA Skin — glycolic, salicylic, lactic and TCA blends, chosen by depth
Controlled exfoliation that lifts surface discoloration and dullness. Chosen by acid blend and strength, not by brand name — from the no-downtime Sensi Peel up to a deeper resurfacing peel that needs a quiet week.
Cutera xeo — FDA-cleared IPL / broadband light
Broadband light tuned to what we’re targeting. The pigment in a brown spot absorbs the energy, darkens, and flakes away; a broken capillary collapses and gets reabsorbed. The surrounding skin is left alone.
Alma Opus — FDA-cleared fractional plasma radiofrequency
The one that changes texture, not just tone. Fractional plasma energy resurfaces the skin surface and tightens underneath in a single session — the alternative to ablative laser resurfacing, with meaningfully less recovery.
Two honest caveats. IPL is a poor fit for deeper skin tones — on Fitzpatrick IV–VI the broadband light can absorb into normal pigment and cause the exact discoloration you came in to fix, so we use Laser Genesis or a peel instead. And if you’re still carrying a tan, we’ll wait four weeks before treating. Neither is negotiable, and both are cheaper to hear now than after a deposit.
This is why the timing matters more than the treatment does.
Thirty minutes with an aesthetician. We look at your skin in good light, work out what’s pigment and what’s texture, and write the sequence — which treatment, how many, spaced how far apart.
The sessions run while the sun is weak and you’re covered up anyway. Downtime lands on weeks you can plan around instead of weeks you can’t.
Pigment cleared, tone even, texture softened — and if you’ve had Opus, collagen still building at the three-month mark. You go into next summer with skin worth protecting.
Peels are our licensed aestheticians. IPL and Opus are Pam and the clinical team. Every plan, whoever writes it, is reviewed by our medical director.
Runs the IPL and Opus Plasma protocols. Conservative dosing, same provider each visit, photos at follow-up so the change is measured rather than remembered.
Board-certified plastic surgeon and Director of the Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery Fellowship at PCOM. He reviews every treatment plan before it runs.
A consultation at Contoured is always free — that part isn’t the offer. What’s limited is this one: a dedicated thirty minutes with a licensed aesthetician whose entire job that half-hour is your sun damage and the plan to repair it. We can run ten of them a month alongside the treatment schedule. That’s the whole constraint.
Exact pricing is confirmed at your consult and shown in our scheduler before you book anything. We bill per visit. We don’t sell prepaid packages, and we won’t put you on one.
The scheduler below opens on injectables, so here’s the shortcut to the consult.
I had an incredible experience at Contoured. I would highly recommend — the owners and staff were extremely welcoming. The treatment plan was written, transparent, and there was no upsell. That’s not how my last medspa worked.Cassidy S.New client
Six years of Botox with Amy. I’ve referred my mom, my best friend, and three coworkers. She knows my face. She tells me no when I ask for too much. That’s why I trust her.Lisa P.Long-term client
It was my first time having Botox, but I was immediately put at ease by the knowledgeable staff at Contoured. Amy explained every step and was clearly being conservative — she said we could always add more later. Two weeks in, I look like myself, just rested.Stacy S.First visit
Every treatment at Contoured is delivered by a named, credentialed team member — and every dosing plan is reviewed by a board-certified physician.
The difference between skin that ages a year each summer and skin that doesn’t is a plan you start in the fall. Take thirty minutes and get one written.
