Contoured was founded in 2018 by Amy Litz, after twenty years inside the injectable industry as a sales rep and CoolSculpting trainer. Amy had spent her career watching what made the great injectors great — and what made the bad ones bad. Contoured is the medspa she always wished existed.
What we believe.
In a category obsessed with more — more units, more areas, more upsell — we believe in less, done well. Conservative dosing. Multi-session plans. The same injector tracking your face year over year. The best lasers and devices, used by hands that have used them for thousands of hours.
We also believe in physician supervision. Every dosing plan at Contoured is reviewed by our Medical Director, Dr. Benjamin Lam, DO — a board-certified plastic surgeon who serves as Director of the Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery Fellowship at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, and as Past-President of the Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery Section of the American College of Osteopathic Surgeons.
