Dr. Lam is a board-certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon with decades of clinical and academic experience. He is a Fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Surgeons, a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, and a Fellow of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery.
Academically, he serves as Clinical Associate Professor at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (PCOM), where he is also the Director of the Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery Fellowship. He sits on the residency review committee as part of the American Council of Graduate Medical Education (ACGME), where he reviews and approves training programs around the country.

Dr. Lam is a published author in the peer-reviewed journal Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery — the foremost academic journal in the field — and a frequent national speaker on cosmetic and reconstructive plastic surgery.
