We chose this specific device/protocol because of clinical evidence, predictability, and our clinical team’s deep experience with it. Every plan is reviewed by our Medical Director, Dr. Benjamin Lam, DO — board-certified plastic surgeon and clinical associate professor at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine.

Exilis Ultra — in plain language.
Exilis Ultra is the only device that delivers RF and ultrasound at the same time — heating tissue at two depths simultaneously. The result is more efficient collagen stimulation and fat-cell metabolism than either energy alone.
Cellulite specifically responds well: the device softens fibrous bands that create dimpling while tightening the skin above. Most patients see significant cellulite improvement after a series of 4–6 sessions.
For face/neck, Exilis delivers progressive tightening with zero downtime — a great option for patients who want gradual improvement and can’t afford recovery time.

Will I see fat reduction?
Yes — some, but modest. For significant fat reduction we recommend CoolSculpting. Exilis is better for tightening and cellulite.
Is there downtime?
None. You can work out the same day.
